(More customer reviews)I like the design of this diaper bag overall. The bottom pull-out tray is great for carrying baby food and snack cups and other items. However, due to the bottom tray the bag is fairly large. I like that it is a backpack, but the straps are not very comfortable. They could use some padding. And the bag is fairly heavy even without anything in it. However, the bag is very handy overall. My biggest complaint, and what kept me from giving the bag 4 stars is the lack of straps to attach the bag to a stroller. Although you can use the backpack straps to hang the bag from a stroller, it won't fit tight to the stroller because the straps are too long and it dangles down and hits your legs. And since the bag only zips closed on the sides of the top compartment, you risk having items fall out of the bag the way it hangs forward off a stroller if hanging from the backpack straps. (There is velcro along the front flap of the top compartment but there are gaps where items fall out since the zippers don't fully enclose the top compartment.)
